Leanne began her career in healthcare administration in 2007 upon completing Unit Clerk Certification at Bow Valley college. She served for many years as a Unit Clerk – with focus in Maternity and Surgical units. She eventually transitioned to a Surgical Office coordinator role and has been working with Dr. McKenzie since 2025.
Leanne is known for her compassionate approach and ability to connect with patients, Leanne takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable, valued and cared for. She believes that trust and creating a welcoming environment is an essential part of the patient experience.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring the outdoors through hiking, travelling to new places and indulging in a little shopping.
